At PM2 Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality products, many of which are custom-made just for you. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Designs
Due to the personalized nature of custom items:
All custom designs are final sale.
Once a design has been approved by the customer, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Pre-Made Items
For non-custom, pre-made items:
Refunds are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original state.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Additional Notes
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
